Due to our affordable structured pricing specially designed to keep shipping costs low, we have to charge a small shipping fee for all other Customers outside of California but Located anywhere in the continental U.S.A. We offer same day deliveries (Mo-SA) within Greater Los Angeles, Free Expedited Shipping anywhere in California. All orders will be shipped in a BOX only. Boxes offer the most protection when shipping formula.

For those of you located outside of California we offer different affordable shipping options for you to choose at checkout.
We work with multiple carriers to assure that your order is delivered “on time.” Current carriers include USPS and Fedex. For our Free California Shipping we select the shipping carrier based on your Californian location and the size of your order. If you request a specific shipping courier of your choice, additional fees may occur. We send tracking information to all orders regardless of the carrier we are using. Please note that USPS does not guarantee their shipping time - therefore we insure every package up to 99.00 USD. Organic Baby LA is not responsible for shipping delays since it is not in our hand. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped.
We ship same business day when order is placed Monday - Friday by 12:00pm Pacific Time. We also ship on Saturdays if order is placed before 11:00am PT.

All orders are always packed in a additional Box and might be shipped in an padded envelope. Please note that all our Product where sent out in perfect condition and are always sealed. When the Box get damaged by the carrier, the product itself is safe and still in perfect condition.We do that to ensure our customers affordable pricing and free California shipping.

If you received a damaged item, please email us immediately including your name and order number. Please attach photos of the damaged item(s) you have received so that we may help identify the damage. If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the damaged item is received. If the replacement is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.
We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email us immediately with your order number. Please attach photos of the false item(s) you received so that we may help identify the mistake. We’ll send you (using cross-shipping) the correct product right away, including a return shipping label for the false product you have received. This option ensures the fastest turnaround for any of the replacement options listed above. If the correct item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.
For any other returns, please email us and include your order number. In order to keep our products fresh, our policy is valid for 30 days. We can not offer you a refund or exchange once 30 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging received from our store only. Eventual applied shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping (most common), our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
How to Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and components. All products must be unopened / unused to ensure proper credit. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, save the shipping receipt along with the carrier confirmation and order tracking number for your records since we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
